Important Notice: Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to educational materials, our refund policy contains specific limitations and time-sensitive requirements. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing our services.
1. General Refund Principles
Our refund policy is designed to balance fairness to our customers with the protection of our intellectual property and business interests. Refund eligibility depends on several factors, including:

- How much time has elapsed since purchase

2. Microlearning Modules and Digital Content
2.1 Eligibility Window
Refund requests for individual microlearning modules or digital learning content packages must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2.2 Usage Limitations
To be eligible for a refund, you must have:
- Completed less than 25% of the purchased module or content package
- Not downloaded more than 25% of the available materials
- Not shared, copied, or distributed any portion of the content
2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed or accessed more than 25% of the content
- You purchased the content during a promotional sale or discount period (discounted content is final sale)
- The content was purchased as part of a bundle or package deal
- You violated our Terms of Service or engaged in content misuse
3. Structured Knowledge Guides and Reference Materials
3.1 Refund Window
Requests for refunds on structured guides and reference handbooks must be made within 5 days of purchase.
3.2 Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be granted if:
- The guide contains significant technical errors or inaccuracies (which we will first attempt to correct)
- The content materially differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- You have accessed less than 20% of the guide's content
3.3 No-Refund Scenarios
Refunds will be denied for:
- Subjective dissatisfaction with content style or presentation
- Changing your mind after accessing significant portions of the material
- Purchasing duplicate content by mistake (though we may offer credit toward other services)
- Downloaded guides (once downloaded, guides are considered fully accessed and non-refundable)
4. Guided Learning Sessions (Live Online)
4.1 Cancellation and Refund Timeline
Full Refund:
- Cancellation made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session start time
- Session canceled by Braintrix Learning due to instructor unavailability or technical issues
50% Refund:
- Cancellation made between 24-72 hours before the scheduled session
No Refund:
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session
- Failure to attend the session without prior notice (no-show)
- Partial attendance of the session
4.2 Session Series and Multi-Session Packages
For packages containing multiple sessions:
- Refunds are prorated based on the number of attended sessions
- Cancellation of remaining sessions must comply with the 72-hour advance notice requirement
- Once you have attended 50% or more of the sessions in a package, the entire package becomes non-refundable
4.3 Rescheduling vs. Cancellation
We encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation when possible:
- You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty
- One complimentary reschedule is allowed per purchased session; additional rescheduling may incur a fee
- Rescheduling is subject to instructor and time slot availability
5. Learning Path Design Support and Advisory Services
5.1 Initial Consultation
Discovery consultations are typically offered at no charge or at a nominal fee. If charged, these sessions are non-refundable once completed.
5.2 Custom Learning Path Development
Once we have delivered a custom learning path design:
- The advisory service is considered complete and is non-refundable
- If you are dissatisfied with the initial path, we offer one complimentary revision to address your concerns
- Refunds may be considered only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline
5.3 Ongoing Advisory Support
For ongoing progress reviews and path adjustments:
- Services are billed on a session-by-session or monthly basis
- You may cancel future sessions with 7 days' notice without penalty
- Completed advisory sessions are non-refundable
- Partial-month cancellations may receive prorated refunds at our discretion
6. Bundled Services and Comprehensive Packages
6.1 Package Refunds
Comprehensive service packages combining multiple elements (modules, guides, sessions, advisory) have more restrictive refund terms:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of package purchase
- You must have accessed less than 15% of the total package content/services
- Refunds are calculated based on the package price, not individual component retail prices
- Partial refunds (for unused portions) are evaluated case-by-case and may be issued as service credits
6.2 Promotional and Discounted Packages
Packages purchased at promotional prices or during special sales events are subject to additional restrictions:
- All promotional packages are final sale unless otherwise explicitly stated
- Limited-time offers and flash sales are non-refundable
- Early-bird pricing and pre-launch discounts are non-refundable
7. Refund Request Process
7.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Include your full name, account email, and order/transaction number
- Clearly state the service(s) for which you are requesting a refund

Once we receive your refund request:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- We will review your request and respond with a decision within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

8.2 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from completing purchased services. In cases of serious medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations:
- Contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation
- We may request reasonable documentation of the circumstances
- We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include refunds, service credits, extended access periods, or rescheduling
8.3 Content Errors or Misrepresentation
If our service or content significantly differs from its description or contains material errors:
- We will first attempt to correct the error or provide supplemental materials
- If correction is not possible, a refund may be granted regardless of access or time limitations
9. Service Credits and Alternatives to Refunds
9.1 Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits as an alternative to monetary refunds:
- Credits can be applied toward future purchases of any Braintrix Learning services
- Credits may be offered in amounts equal to or greater than the refund value
- Credits typically have no expiration date unless otherwise specified
9.2 Service Exchange
If you are dissatisfied with a particular service, we may offer to exchange it for a different service of equal value rather than issuing a refund.
9.3 Extended Access
For time-based services or content access, we may extend your access period at no additional charge to provide more time to complete the materials.
10. Chargebacks and Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider or initiate a chargeback:
- Your access to all services will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will provide documentation to your payment provider demonstrating service delivery
- If the chargeback is found in our favor, your account may be permanently terminated
- We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback
11. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are never eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed advisory consultations or learning path design sessions
- Attended live sessions or workshops
- Fully accessed or downloaded digital content
- Services purchased more than 30 days ago
- Third-party services or tools purchased through or recommended by us
- Account setup fees or administrative charges
- Services provided by instructors or advisors outside of Braintrix Learning (if applicable)
12. Modifications to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Refund requests will be evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase, not the policy in effect at the time of your refund request.
